1. Introduction

Welcome to Acelo Logistics & Rentals ("Acelo," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website (acelologistics.com), our WhatsApp booking channels, and all vehicle hire, event logistics, executive rental, outstation, and fleet partnership services we provide (collectively, the "Services"). By requesting a quote, making a booking, or otherwise using our Services, you ("Client," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Services and contact us at operation@acelologistics.com to discuss.

2. Our Services

Acelo provides premium transportation and fleet management services nationally across Nigeria, including but not limited to:

  • Vehicle hire (Coaster Bus, CNG BRT Bus, Hiace, Mini Van/Sienna, Prado SUV, Hilux, Dyna Truck, Hino Truck)
  • Event logistics and multi-hub deployments
  • Executive and corporate rentals
  • Outstation (inter-state) trips
  • A fleet partnership programme for independent vehicle owners

Specific vehicle availability, routes, and pricing are confirmed at the point of booking and may vary by location and season.

3. Bookings and Quotations

3.1 Bookings can be made via WhatsApp (0810 311 5430), email (operation@acelologistics.com), or our website.

3.2 A quotation is not a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed once (a) the Client has provided accurate trip details (date, pickup/drop-off locations, headcount, vehicle type, duration) and (b) any required deposit has been received.

3.3 The Client is responsible for the accuracy of information provided at booking, including passenger numbers and destination. Acelo reserves the right to adjust the quoted vehicle, price, or itinerary if the information provided proves inaccurate.

4. Pricing, Deposits and Payment

4.1 All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.

4.2 A deposit of 80% of the total quoted fee is required to secure a vehicle and driver, with the balance due [24 hours before the service / on the day of service — confirm], unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.3 Full-day rentals cover a standard operational window of up to 12 hours. Additional hours beyond the agreed duration attract an overtime charge of [10%] of the applicable daily rate per hour.

4.4 Trips outside the agreed operational zone (e.g., outside a city's metropolitan area) may attract an out-of-town or outstation surcharge, communicated at the time of quotation.

4.5 Tolls, parking fees, and any special permits are payable by the Client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.6 Fuel is included in the quoted rate unless stated otherwise for a specific service (e.g., long-term dedicated placements where fuel is provided by the Client).

5. Cancellations and Refunds

5.1 Cancellations made more than [48 hours] before the scheduled service date are eligible for a full refund of any deposit paid, less any costs already incurred on the Client's behalf.

5.2 Cancellations made within [48 hours] of the scheduled service may forfeit part or all of the deposit, to cover vehicle and driver commitments that could not be reassigned.

5.3 Acelo will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling in place of cancellation where possible.

5.4 If Acelo is unable to fulfil a confirmed booking for reasons within our control, the Client will receive a full refund or, where preferred, a rescheduled service at no additional cost.

6. Client Responsibilities and Conduct

6.1 The Client agrees to provide accurate headcount, luggage, and route information in advance.

6.2 Passengers must comply with reasonable safety instructions given by Acelo drivers/pilots.

6.3 Acelo reserves the right to refuse service, or to end a trip early without refund, where passengers engage in conduct that endangers safety, damages the vehicle, or is abusive toward drivers or staff.

6.4 The Client is responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers beyond normal wear and tear, and agrees to reimburse Acelo for the reasonable cost of repair.

6.5 Acelo is not responsible for personal belongings left in vehicles. Please check for personal items before disembarking.

7. Vehicles, Drivers and Standards

7.1 All vehicles are subject to routine inspection and maintenance, and drivers are vetted before assignment to a trip.

7.2 Acelo will make reasonable efforts to provide the vehicle type and model confirmed at booking. Where the confirmed vehicle is unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, we will offer a comparable or higher-category vehicle at no additional cost, or a full refund.

7.3 Vehicles operated under the Acelo brand, including those provided through our fleet partnership programme, are required to carry valid and adequate insurance in accordance with Nigerian law.

8. Liability

8.1 Acelo maintains insurance cover for its vehicles and will support Clients in the event of an accident or incident during a booked trip, in accordance with the applicable insurance policy.

8.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Acelo's liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the value of the fees paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim, except in cases of death, personal injury, or damage caused by our proven negligence or wilful misconduct, where liability shall not be excluded or limited by this clause.

8.3 Acelo is not liable for delays, missed connections, or losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, adverse weather, road closures, mechanical failure not attributable to our negligence, or actions of third parties (see Force Majeure, below).

8.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Nigerian law.

9. Force Majeure

Acelo will not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, civil unrest, strikes, government action, fuel scarcity, or other events of force majeure. We will notify affected Clients as soon as reasonably possible and work with them on rescheduling or refunds where appropriate.

10. Fleet Partnership Programme

Vehicle owners participating in Acelo's fleet partnership programme are subject to a separate partnership agreement governing vehicle standards, insurance, revenue sharing, and conduct. These Terms of Service apply to Clients booking Services; they do not replace the specific terms of any Fleet Partner Agreement.

Where a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [State/FCT, Nigeria — confirm].
